The Old Geezers Class is an exercise class designed for us older types but it works great for all ages.
This class is not your typical jump & jacks, push-ups and sit-ups type of exercises. You will get a great workout as these exercises activate 98% of the muscle groups you move. The typical exercises, you may be thinking of, only activate 12 to 20% of the muscles being worked.
